All services are subject to property condition, weather, and scheduling availability.

3. Estimates & Payment

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms will be outlined on your invoice.

Payment is due upon completion unless prior arrangements are made.

Late payments may be subject to fees where permitted by law.

4. Property Condition & Liability

Damicos Power Washing LLC is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Oxidized siding

Failing paint

Loose siding, mortar, or fixtures

Improperly installed surfaces

Brittle or aged materials

Exterior cleaning may reveal underlying issues. A pre-service inspection is performed prior to work.
